It has been said by many that Barack Obama used “Rules for Radicles” as his guide as a “Community Organizer” in Chicago. And that he still uses the rules as president to turn America into a Socialist country.
According to Saul Alinsky, there are 12 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a Socialist or Communist state. How well has Obama followed the rules?

* RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)
* RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)
* RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)
* RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)
* RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)
* RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different that any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)
* RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)
* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)
* RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)
* RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)

However, these eight points are so significant in today’s America and the politics of today that we include them here as a way to compare the actions of President Obama over his term as president.
1) Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people.
Obama is well on his way to accomplishing this goal with Obamacare, (Affordable Care Act),

2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible; poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
In 2015, 6 years of Obama presidential terms, the poverty rate is higher today than any time in history. When Obama took office, 32 million Americans were on food stamps. Now, 6 years later, 47 million Americans are on food stamps, 45 million Americans still stuck below poverty line: Census
In 2012 the federal government (re)defined poverty as an annual income of $23,492 for a family of four. Today the number of Americans living in poverty is not only at alarmingly high numbers it has persisted at rates never before seen in the post-Depression era. The number of impoverished has steadily grown during the Obama presidency. According to data published by the U.S. Census Bureau in the first five years of the Obama presidency the number of Americans living at or below the federal poverty line was:
- 39.8 million in 2008
- 43.6 million in 2009
- 46.2 million in 2011
- 46.2 million in 2012
- 46.5 million in 2013
Numbers for 2014 are not yet published but estimates are that the number will be right around 50 million. 50 million Americans now living beneath the poverty line. Under President Obama the poverty level in America has broken a 50-year record.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
The Obama administration increased the national debt from $10.626 trillion dollars when Obama took office to over $18,166,219,232,030 on October 15, 2015 and growing by . That is over $18 trillion dollars. http://www.usdebtclock.org/ and increasing by over $1.88 Billion every day.. This represents $57,184 for every American Citizen and $154,493 for every taxpayer. The interest alone on the national debt, is $2,420,315,875,413 (2.5 trillion dollars) or $7,998 for every citizen. IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE NATIONAL DEBT WILL REACH CLOSE TO $20 TRILLION BY THE TIME OBAMA LEAVES OFFICE.
Personal debt: Credit card companies are now developing plans to give credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) to those that have low credit scores but have pail their utility bills on time. (Note that credit cards cannot be listed in a bankruptcy.) While most Americans do not comprehend the National Debt, they do understand their own personal debt. The use of credit cards by this group of Americans will actually be a disaster for most receiving them.
OBAMA WILL CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO INCREASE THE NATIONAL DEBT WITH NEW BUDGETS
4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government.
That way you are able to create a police state.
Since taking office, Obama has fought for various types of gun control. When he could not get congress to pass gun control legislation, he attempted executive action to stop the sale of bullets. Negative response from Democrats cause him to delay this until after the next election.
President Obama has unveiled a plan to address gun violence in the nation by gun control. The initiative consists of 23 executive actions and three presidential memoranda, most of which will require congressional approval. Many parts of the plan may have significant effects on states.
The major object of such gun control measures is for the government to eventually know every American that owns a gun. Then, the time might come for the government to seize all guns owned by Americans. OBAMA WILL CONTINUE EVERY EFFORT TO CONTROL AND/OR TAKE GUNS AWAY FROM AMERICANS.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and income)
More people are receiving government handouts that at any time in the history of America. The Obama administration has, and is continuing to control every aspect of the life of the American Citizen. 35.4 percent or 109,631,000 Americans lived in households that received benefits from one or more federally funded "means-tested programs" — also known as welfare — as of the fourth quarter of 2012, according to data released on August 20, 2014, by the United States Census Bureau. Free cell phones and free minutes have increased from $800 million in 2009 to $2.2 billion per year in 2012,with over 13.8 million people receiving phones and free minutes, and no one knows how much of the growth is because of waste, fraud and abuse, but the Democrats assume that every cell phone is a vote for them.

6) Religion) - Remove the belief in God from the Government and schools.
The left, including those in the Obama administration, have been diligently working toward this goal for many years. Do not allow the Pledge of Allegiance to be said in schools or government offices. Prayer should not be said in schools. Get God totally out of schools and government. Take “In God We Trust” from our money, out of buildings, etc.
OBAMA AND HIS CABNINET WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FOR TAKING THE BELIEFE IN GOD FOR ANY PART OF THE GOVERNMENT AND EDUCATION.
7) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
The left has done everything possible to control the education of the young people of America. First, get any religion out of schools. No prayers in schools. No hint of any religion whatsoever. Take Christ out of Christmas. Christmas is simply a winter holiday break. Do not celebrate or acknowledge Christmas, Easter, or any other religious holiday. Teach only evolution in school, and teach that it is the only true answer.
Do not teach our country’s exceptionalism. Teach that many presidents were simply war mongers. The federal government should decide what should be taught to our children. If the states don’t like it, withhold funds.
Get as many left wing teachers in schools and professors in colleges and universities as possible. Insure that our children, whether young or in college get a far left education as possible. It also helps to insure the power of the Unions.
8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
OBAMA and the left, including the unions and the media have encouraged class warfare in every way possible. Obviously, almost everyone who would be considered as poor or low income would believe that income should be taken from the successful who are earning more through hard work, who own a business, receive capital gains or other income, and taken by higher taxes and distributed then to the poorer. Hitting on “income inequality” is a favorite of Obama and will be for Hillary Clinton and all of the far left. Income inequality is a favorite theme of socialist and communist. This will be a major Democratic campaign topic in the next couple of years because it appeals to the 47 % of the American that vote for whoever will give them the most.
